Ronald Bernard is Librarian at the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). He holds PhD in ICT from SUA; master degrees in information studies from the University of Dar es Salaam and received a bachelor degree (B.Sc. Aquaculture) from SUA. Benard's research, teaching and consultancy interests centers mainly on agricultural information and communication,information and communication technologies for development (ICT4D), Aquaculture,  information systems management, record management and research methods . He has authored multiple articles published in various academic journals. He has also conducted a number of consultancy works including training record staffs from various organizations on electronic record management systems, carry out baseline assessment and project evaluation. Currently she is working in the Department of Informatics and Information Technology
