Mussa N Chirwa was an Assistant Librarian at the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). He was working in cataloguing section at Sokoine National Agricultural Library (SNAL). Currently he works with the Department of Informatics and Information Technology. Before, he was working as a tutor at Mandaka Teachers College. Chirwa holds a Master degree in Information Studies from the University of Dar es Salaam. He also hold a Bachelor of Education from Dar es Salaam University College of Education. Chirwa’s research, teaching and consultancy interests centers mainly on Information management, Information Communication Technology for development (ICT4D), information literacy, Records management and archival administration.
