Lazaro S. Busagala is an Associate Professor of Information Systems Engineering, & former Director of Computer Centre at the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) and Deputy Rector (Planning, Finance and Administration) at the College of Business Education (CBE). Currently, He is the Director General at the Tanzania Atomic Energy Commission (TAEC). He holds PhD in Information Systems Engineering of Mie University, Japan (2008); master degrees in Information Engineering of Mie University, Japan (2005); Postgraduate Diploma in Scientific Computing of University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (2001); and received a bachelor degree (B.Sc. in Home Economics and Nutrition) from SUA.
