Philipo Abihudi Mnkhola is Library Officer at the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) under Sokoine National Agricultural Library (SNAL) which is also a university library for SUA. He received a bachelor degree (B.Sc. Information Technology and System) from Mzumbe University. Other qualifications are: Teaching License (Secondary Education), and Certificate of Basic Programs in Computer. He also has the following skills: Cataloguing and classification, Basic Computer Maintenance, Network Troubleshooting, Database Designing, Website Designing, Blog Creation, Teaching Mathematics, Counseling Students, Leadership ethics, Data collection, etc. He obtained prizes and awards as follows: Certificate of Basic Computer Programs, Certificate of Attendance ITOCA program, Certificate of attendance workshop Human Right, Democracy, Anti-corruption (YUNA), and Certificate of Data collection on Dropout rate pupils at Morogoro Region Primary Schools (SNV).
