Dr. Nicholaus Mwalukasa

Nicholaus Mwalukasa was a Librarian at the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). Currently he is working in the Department of Informatics and Information Technology. He holds a PhD in ICT from SUA, a Master degree in Information Studies from the University of Dar es Salaam and received a Bachelor degree (B.Sc. Food Science and Technology) from SUA. Mwalukasa’s research, teaching and consultancy interests centers mainly on information and communication technologies for development (ICT4D), Data analysis, information literacy, records management and archival administration, climate change information, rural livelihoods as well as research methods. He has authored multiple articles published in various academic journals. He has also carried out a number of consultancy works including training workshops on data analysis, e-resources, records and information management.
