Professor Frankwell Dulle was an Associate Library Professor at the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). He was a Head of former Department of Knowledge Management at Sokoine National agricultural library (SNAL). Currently he works with the Department of Informatics and Information technology. He holds a B.Sc. agriculture degree from SUA; a Masters degree in library and information studies of the University of Botswana; and a PhD (Information Science) of the University of South Africa. His research interests include: Information and Communication Technologies’ application in education and research; Technology adoption studies; Information and communication management; and Community information services.
